School Safaris

Nothing beats going out and seeing marine life in its natural environment. It brings classroom and lab work to life to see how living organisms interact with each other, the interdependence of plants and creatures and the fragility of the environment in which they exist. We hope to show the students how to behave when looking at wildlife and to treat our environment with respect.

We can do Rockpool Rambles, Beachcombing activities, litter picking and microplastic analysis as well as quizzes, games and beach art. Our activities will vary according to age and ability and what the school would like us to do.

All our Rangers are DBS approved and have had years working with schoolchildren on Polzeath and Baby Bay beaches.

We offer any educational establishment the opportunity to chat with us about a School Safari visit and to make a plan for the day!

There is NO charge for any of our school activities.

Please contact us via email to discuss.
